Experience with rentals, questions about flips

Anna introduces herself as an architecture student moving from a bachelor’s degree toward a master’s. Before joining the program, she had already invested in rental properties at ages 19 and 22, which she says helped pay for her education.

Flipping felt like a possible next step. She had spent time researching, attending investor meetings, and following real estate content, but still felt there were gaps between the information she found and what she needed to do.

Three practical areas of focus

Anna identifies three parts of the training that mattered to her: working through the numbers, finding potential investors and lenders, and using scripts for conversations with those people.

Her questions were practical. Where could she meet funding contacts? How could she explain her analysis? How would she be taken seriously as a younger investor? She describes the organized lessons as helping her approach those questions with greater confidence.

A stronger foundation for the next step

This recording focuses on what Anna learned and how she felt about putting it into practice. It does not describe a completed flip after joining.

Her earlier rental investments remain part of her starting point. The change she emphasizes is having a more systematic way to understand a potential deal and communicate with the people who could help bring it together.
