Looking beyond time in the clinic
Kit worked four to five days a week as a dentist in Ohio. She wanted to explore supplemental income and more flexibility for travel, family, and life outside the clinic.
The idea of using other people’s money was already familiar through her mother’s real estate experience. A conversation with the team led her to begin the course.
Finding a first way to participate
Kit appreciated explanations that made complicated topics easier to understand. She also describes being welcomed into the member community and learning through questions and conversations with other students.
Her first investments described in the video were gap funding, rather than flips she managed herself. She says two investments from within the group had closed the previous week; the recording does not establish their final returns.
Building relationships for the next step
At the time of her update, Kit was also interested in flipping homes herself. She talks about continuing to look for agents and contractors to work with on future projects.
Her story shows a particular entry point: learning the process, participating through funding, and continuing to build a network while maintaining an established career.
This story summarizes the student’s account in the archived video. Experiences and reported results are individual, have not been independently verified, and are not a guarantee of income or funding. Program details may have changed since recording.
